MINDFULNESS SESSIONS

We facilitate mindfulness sessions virtually and face to face that incorporate self massage, breathing techniques, and story telling that support the individual or group in enhancing the following skills: relaxation and calm, self control, self awareness, gentle touch, and self massage skills. These sessions are facilitated by Stacey,  holistic therapist and founder of Access 4 Beauty. Stacey Matjeke is a qualified experienced holistic facialist and mindful massage coach. She is the founder of a holistic skincare and wellness brand, Access 4 Beauty. Through her brand, Stacey has helped hundreds of women foster a more healthier relationship with their skin, boasting over 100 five star reviews across her social network.
Stacey works with charities, social enterprises, and community interest groups to help women recover from traumatising life experiences, facilitating workshops on positive touch through mindful self-massage as part of the healing process. Stacey is a member of the Guild of Holistic Therapists, and holds a level 4 post 16 qualification in education, a diploma in holistic facials, a level 2 in nails and nail technology, level 2 in Indian head massage, certificate in ice globe and crystal roller lymphatic facial, and level 3 in facial anatomy and physiology for aestheticians.
Stacey has also led mindful massage classes for Aussie Haircare, Women Who Do Business, Black Owned Economy, Ancient Awakening, and Up the Garden Bath. 
Stacey is the writer of the skincare devotional workbook “Skin- Deep: 7 Steps to Loving Your Skin From Within” and has two mindful massage courses published on Udemy.
